As a LiveOps/NOC Engineer, you’ll be the first line of defense in keeping our services running smoothly for some of the biggest names in gaming. Your work ensures players worldwide have seamless gaming experiences.

In Short

• Proactive monitoring and incident management of live systems.
• Troubleshooting across servers, networks, and software layers.
• Updating customers during incidents and resolving issues quickly.
• Analyzing root causes and escalating as needed.
• Providing hands-on support at the SmartDC Rotterdam Datacenter.
• Managing planned and emergency changes affecting services.
• Automating routine tasks to save time and reduce errors.
• Keeping processes and documentation up to date.
• Working in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule.
• Contributing to impactful projects for industry leaders.

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting skills with Linux and Windows servers.
• Understanding of networking and the OSI model.
• Customer-focused with great problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like JIRA, Grafana, or Nagios.
• Ability to work 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Valid EU work permit and proximity to Rotterdam.
