The NOC Engineer at Skynet Innovations is responsible for proactive work management, maintaining system updates, and ensuring robust backup and tool monitoring for clients. This role involves technical troubleshooting and problem-solving while communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
Experience with Ticketing Software and Incident Management
Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
Strong troubleshooting skills in Networking
Experience with Remote Monitoring & Management tools
In-depth knowledge of Backup Software
Understanding of Security Principles
Certifications & Technical Authorization maintenance
Strong understanding of Incident Response Plan principles
Proficient in Microsoft Servers & Network Equipment
