NOC Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are currently looking for a monitoring group engineer for a long-term project with an American company, a leader in the ticket sales industry for events in America and Europe.

In Short

• 100% remote work on a full-time basis.
• Monitoring daily ETL processes and various IT systems.
• Processing requests and notifications from monitoring systems.
• Solving emerging problems.
• Participation in other IT projects of the company.

Requirements

• Experience with Databases (preferably MS SQL).
• Experience in developing ETL processes is a plus.
• Good knowledge of server operating systems Windows and Linux.
• Experience with corporate-level monitoring systems (HP Open View, Zabbix, Zenoss, Nagios, Solarwinds, SCOM, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in the IT field is required.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) at least at the Intermediate level.
• High self-learning ability and responsibility.
• Experience with Prometheus, AWS, backup software, virtualization, SAP is a plus.
