Overview

Path Forward IT is seeking a Support Engineer I to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support primarily by phone and ticketing system, with occasional onsite assignments.

In Short

  • Provide technical support via phone and ticketing system.
  • Document all activities and tickets daily.
  • Monitor ticket gateway and designated queues.
  • Escalate issues according to documentation.
  • Build rapport during onsite assignments.
  • Travel up to 25-50% as assigned.
  • Maintain established SLA requirements.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction scores.
  • Submit weekly timesheets.
  • Work towards annual goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience with ticketing software.
  • Knowledge of remote support techniques.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory.
  • Understanding of virtualization technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Servers.
  • Basic networking troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to handle equipment and interpret documents.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
