Overview

As a Support Engineer, you’ll engage with customers daily through live chat and occasional video conference calls, guiding them toward solutions to their diverse challenges. You’ll be on the front lines of Centercode’s Customer Experience, helping our customers solve problems, learn best practices, and get the most out of our platform.

In Short

  • Become an expert in our platform and best practices
  • Support customers via chat and occasional video calls
  • Troubleshoot platform configuration, test setup, onboarding, automations, workflows, integrations, and more
  • Communicate platform issues, improvement requests, and use-case challenges internally
  • Create and help maintain customer self-help documentation for the Centercode platform

Requirements

  • Empathy and a desire to make every customer feel heard and helped
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a keen technical mindset
  • Clear and organized written communication style
  • Familiarity with remote work and a dedicated workspace
