Overview

As a Support Engineer on our Technical Support team, you’ll play a vital role in resolving customer issues and ensuring a seamless experience with our ArchFX Platform.

In Short

  • Full-time remote position with Wednesday–Sunday coverage.
  • Support customers using the ArchFX Platform in a technical capacity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Document issues and contribute to knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with Level 2 Support and other technical teams.
  • 2+ years of technical support experience required.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across various environments.
  • Experience with cloud applications and IoT systems preferred.
  • Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
  • Fluent English communication skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in SaaS technical support.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and database troubleshooting.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
  • Ability to travel internationally for training or customer visits.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols is a plus.
  • Python experience for scripting and automation is desirable.
