In Short

  • Provide enterprise level technical and functional support for Ivanti products.
  • Communicate with customers and manage critical issues.
  • Act as a customer advocate when reporting issues to engineering.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of Ivanti products.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance support experience.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Receive cases electronically and manage inbound call queue.
  • Have a strong technical background and enjoy troubleshooting.
  • Engage with global customers and partners.
  • Support IT Service Management tools.

Requirements

  • Experience with IT Service Management tools like Ivanti Service Manager.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Windows and common applications.
  • Understanding of Database and Server Technologies.
  • Understanding of internet and network technologies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in French or German as an advantage.
