Requirements

• You've spent 5+ years in people operations, ideally in fast growing, remote-first companies
• You have practical knowledge of employment considerations across different regions and can work with specialists e.g. Deel to implement compliant solutions
• You're deeply curious about what makes organizations effective and people thrive
• You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure where needed
• You combine empathy with analytical rigor when solving complex people challenges
• You communicate thoughtfully and adapt your approach across cultures and backgrounds
• Have helped scale a company through periods of rapid growth
• You're fluent in English and can build relationships across time zones and cultures
