We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Head of Capital (f/m/d) who will spar with our CEO and Co-Founder, whilst managing our Capital team, and constantly driving all treasury topics forward for our ecosystem.

In Short

• Lead and inspire the capital team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Design and orchestrate capital growth initiatives.
• Partner with Business Development and Ecosystem teams.
• Collaborate on innovation in MachineFi & DeFi.
• Manage investor engagement throughout the token offering lifecycle.
• Drive strategic enhancement of PEAQ’s functional value.
• Oversee due diligence and investment management.
• Stay ahead of Web3 market trends and regulatory developments.
• Ensure accurate data management related to capital prospects.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure capital flow aligns with network health.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in crypto or blockchain environments.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated track record in capital raising.
• Robust network among institutional allocators and investors.
• Outstanding communication and strategic leadership skills.
• Proven ability to navigate compliance or regulatory frameworks.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with self-starter energy.
