Overview

The Staff Analyst will assist in the development of standard operating procedures for Traffic/Parking Operations, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

In Short

  • Assist in performing research on laws and regulations.
  • Develop comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Liaison with various groups for meetings and documentation.
  • Document procedures and prepare workflow diagrams.
  • Create and update tracking sheets for organized file management.

  • Design templates and spreadsheets to support operations.
  • Assist with special projects and updates on compliance standards.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests as needed.
  • May work remotely up to 2 days per week.

Requirements

  • A master's degree in relevant fields or a combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of professional experience in budget administration or public administration.
  • Experience in management or methods analysis.
  • Ability to document and analyze procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Understanding of compliance standards.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
