Overview

The Staff Analyst will be responsible for developing Standard Operating Procedure manuals and conducting operational assessments within Parking Operations, ensuring effective and efficient program management.

In Short

  • Serve as a liaison between work groups to coordinate meetings and documentation.
  • Develop SOP manuals for various operations and management systems.
  • Assist in special projects and prepare various reports.
  • Update spreadsheets and create workflow diagrams.
  • Conduct operational assessments of Parking Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with payment card industry documentation.
  • Work under the direction of the Deputy Director of Operations Review.
  • Participate in a revenue-generating operation exceeding $258 million annually.
  • Must reside in NYC for the first two years of employment.
  • Eligible for remote work up to 2 days per week.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in relevant fields or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in budget administration, management analysis, or public administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in financial or economic research is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
