• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Address HR-related inquiries and deliver timely resolutions.
• Analyze and optimize HR processes for efficiency and data integrity.
• Establish and manage a Technology Project Management Office (PMO).
• Lead the implementation and optimization of HR systems.
• Contribute to HR-specific data analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, IT, and Finance teams.
• Align HR systems with Ridgeline’s enterprise-wide technology strategy.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in HR operations and/or HR technology.
• Experience with Automation/RPA.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing HR systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and establish PMO objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A data-driven mindset for presenting recommendations.
