• Build and manage a high-performing team delivering middle- and back-office services.
• Partner cross-functionally with Consulting, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Serve as the operational lead for post go-live support.
• Drive AI/ML strategy by identifying automation opportunities.
• Own and evolve service SOPs, KPIs, and quality metrics.
• Mentor and coach your team, supporting their growth.
• Contribute to product evolution by surfacing operational insights.
• Think creatively and communicate clearly throughout the service lifecycle.
• Contribute to a collaborative and transparent culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• 4+ years managing investment operations teams in customer-facing environments.
• Deep knowledge of investment lifecycles and workflows.
• Experience with portfolio accounting and reconciliation.
• Proven ability to implement scalable processes.
• Exceptional communication skills for handling escalations.
• High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using Google Apps or MS Office.
• Comfort with AI/ML and automation technologies.
• Curious, solutions-oriented mindset.
