Overview

As a Services Sales Lead on Ridgeline’s Customer Experience (CX) team, you will be responsible for driving the services component of our sales process, helping scope, price, and position implementation strategies that align with our customers’ goals and Ridgeline’s vision.

In Short

  • Understand competitive positioning and customer requirements to articulate the value of Ridgeline’s deployment methodology and CX service
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and Sales teams to support deal closure
  • Act as a strategic advocate for Ridgeline’s Customer Experience offerings
  • Partner with legal, finance, and product teams for accurate scoping and pricing
  • Deliver Customer Experience presentations and facilitate engagement sessions
  • Communicate technical aspects of Ridgeline’s services throughout the sales cycle
  • Scope project requirements and timelines during discovery sessions
  • Coordinate with partner firms for third-party services
  • Support upsell opportunities with Customer Success
  • Contribute to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business development or services sales
  • 5+ years of executive-level relationship management and sales experience
  • Strong track record negotiating service contracts
  • Demonstrated experience presenting SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with consultative and value-based selling methodologies
  • Strong industry acumen in asset management or financial services
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
