mRaP GmbH is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to build and establish their sales department from the ground up, with an initial focus on the DACH region and opportunities for international expansion.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales, ideally in leading sales teams.
  • Strong operational execution and negotiation skills.
  • Proven success in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Experience in developing scalable sales processes.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and German; Spanish is a plus.
