Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in FMCG or related markets.
  • Experience in building and leading a sales team.
  • Ability to identify and develop new sales channels.
  • Strong sales mindset and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data-driven customer acquisition.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with decision-makers.
