Junior Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) - Full or Part Time - Remote

Overview

We are Löwenanteil – one of the fastest-growing food startups in Germany. Our mission is to make balanced and natural nutrition as easy as possible for everyone. Our organic dishes are high in protein, 100% natural, and incredibly delicious. We make food what it should be: a fuel that tastes good! We are looking for more lions and lionesses for our pack, currently consisting of 25 people.

In Short

• You will provide written support via email, WhatsApp, and possibly social media.
• Answer questions and concerns from our customers.
• Customer care and communication across various channels.
• Collaboration within the team and with other departments like Marketing or Operations.
• Advising our customers about our products.
• Contributing to innovative projects that improve our customer support and satisfaction.
• Working 30-40 hours per week.
• No phone stress involved.
• A collegial team with open communication.

Requirements

• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Clear, friendly, and solution-oriented communication.
• Ideally, some experience in customer support or in a startup environment.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn new things, and proactive.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple inquiries.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or Asana is a plus, but not required.
