In Short

• You will be a data-driven Performance Marketing expert with a passion for scaling and AI.
• Take full responsibility for our Paid-Performance channels and scale them profitably.
• Develop and manage performance campaigns on Meta, Google, and ideally TikTok.
• Utilize AI tools for optimized ad copy creation and predictive analysis.
• Create rigorous A/B testing roadmaps for continuous growth.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights for creative concepts.
• Build meaningful dashboards to monitor KPIs and manage budgets.
• Stay informed on market trends and provide proactive recommendations.
• Work in a motivated, data-driven team aiming to disrupt the food industry.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in D2C or E-Commerce.
• Strong knowledge in campaign management on Meta and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with tracking technologies and attribution models.
• Experience using AI-based tools to enhance efficiency.
• Analytical mindset and high level of personal responsibility.
• Experience in TikTok Ads is a plus.
