ApprovalMax is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our paid acquisition efforts, optimizing budget allocation and campaign performance across various digital platforms.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or FinTech.
• Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and familiarity with other platforms.
• Proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub and GA4.
• Experience with SEO/SEM tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive mindset.
• Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong QA discipline.
• Comfortable using AI tools for campaign optimization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
