Mid-Level Designer - Remote

Overview

ApprovalMax is redefining how finance teams manage the Money Out cycle— from purchase orders and supplier bills to employee expense management and payroll. This role is for a Mid-Level Designer to support the design function during the maternity leave period of the Head of Design.

• Support design tasks during maternity leave

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Marketing Designer or Visual Designer
• Solid portfolio of marketing and web design work
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and Canva
• Basic video editing skills required
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar task management systems
• Comfortable collaborating with developers
• Ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment
