Senior Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Designer to support the design function during the maternity leave period of the Head of Design. This role will ensure continuity of core marketing and web design tasks, maintain brand quality, and help deliver ongoing campaigns and website-related initiatives.

In Short

• Create high-quality marketing visuals across channels.
• Ensure consistency with ApprovalMax brand guidelines.
• Produce assets for product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement.
• Design and update landing pages and visuals.
• Collaborate with a freelance HubSpot front-end developer.
• Coordinate with other Senior designers for workload balance.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to support campaign needs.
• Produce simple video edits and support motion design.
• Use and update the marketing design system in Figma.
• Maintain task organization in ClickUp for workflow stability.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Marketing Designer or Visual Designer in a SaaS environment.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating marketing, web, and visual design work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and Canva.
• Basic video editing skills required.
• Familiarity with task management systems, ClickUp experience is a plus.
• Comfortable collaborating with developers, HubSpot experience is an advantage.
• Ability to manage individual workloads and deliver reliably in a fast-paced marketing team.
