The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will act as a trusted adviser and hands-on HR professional, combining leadership in recruitment with HR generalist responsibilities to attract, hire, and retain top talent while supporting employees through the HR lifecycle.

Requirements

• Min 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist roles.
• Strong understanding of labour law in various countries.
• Experience in recruitment for SaaS and B2B businesses.
• Ability to manage the full recruitment life-cycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
