The Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Americas region at Neara plays a pivotal role in our HR team, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to fuel our growth and innovation.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent, including passive candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Provide regular updates and metrics on recruitment activities to stakeholders.
• Lead recruitment projects to improve processes and enhance the recruitment function.

Requirements

• Experience working with comparable SaaS start-up/scale-up environments.
• Proficient in utilising ATS platforms to manage candidate data.
• Experience in leveraging job boards to attract potential candidates.
• Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The ability to identify and engage with top-tier candidates.
