In Short

• Lead global negotiations for key customers, partners and suppliers
• Own the identification, analysis and implementation of solutions for global issues across IP, Corporate, Employment and Commercial scope
• Build and be the primary owner of all legal documentation
• Contribute to the construction of a legal and regulatory strategy that manages risk and facilitates growth
• Play an active role in defining and improving commercial operations

Requirements

• US-qualified with demonstrated technical excellence in corporate/commercial law
• Experience in M&A, PE, TMT, finance, IP or general commercial law
• Ability to think critically and develop scalable solutions
• Strong project management skills for complex deals
• Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
