Overview

As Fable’s Legal Counsel, you will play a critical role in enabling our Revenue team and guiding the organization through a range of legal, regulatory, and strategic challenges and opportunities.

In Short

• Draft and negotiate Enterprise commercial SaaS contracts.
• Develop and maintain approaches to legal compliance and risk management.
• Advise teams on navigating legal considerations in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure legal strategies align with operational realities and growth plans.
• Work closely with the Revenue team.
• Applicants must live in Canada.
• Must be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• Willingness to align with EST, West Coast, and European timezones.

Requirements

• Experience in legal problem-solving and negotiation.
• Knowledge of GDPR and A.I. controls.
• Ability to work in a scale-up environment.
• Strong communication skills.
