• Looking for a Senior Designer to support design functions during maternity leave of Head of Design.
• Ensure continuity of core marketing and web design tasks.
• Work alongside a Junior/Mid-Level designer and a freelance HubSpot front-end developer.
• Create high-quality marketing visuals across various channels.
• Ensure consistency with ApprovalMax brand guidelines.
• Design and update landing pages and visuals for web improvements.
• Coordinate frequently with other Senior designers for smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Content, and Events teams.
• Produce simple video edits and support motion design efforts.
• Maintain task organization in ClickUp for workflow continuity.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Marketing Designer or Senior Designer in a SaaS environment.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating marketing, web, and visual design work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva; basic video editing required.
• Familiarity with task management systems, ClickUp experience is a plus.
• Comfortable collaborating with developers; HubSpot experience is an advantage.
• Ability to manage individual workloads and deliver reliably.
