Overview

The Senior Designer will shape the visual expression of Perfected across various platforms while ensuring operational clarity within the Creative team.

In Short

Design websites, landing pages, and digital tools.
Create digital ads and print collateral.
Maintain Perfected's visual identity and design systems.
Oversee design projects from concept to delivery.
Work cross-functionally to establish creative briefs.
Identify gaps in processes and propose solutions.
Provide strategic input on user experience and accessibility.
Stay updated on design trends and technologies.
Manage creative projects and workflows effectively.
Articulate design decisions with clarity and purpose.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in design roles.
A strong portfolio demonstrating design and brand development.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of UX/UI design and web accessibility standards.
Experience managing creative projects and workflows.
Excellent communication skills.
