In Short

• Manage up to 40-45 requisitions simultaneously.
• Own the recruitment process from job posting to candidate offer.
• Ensure compliance with Candidate Privacy Notice requirements.
• Leverage the ATS to manage candidate pipelines and track metrics.
• Source and engage top-tier talent, especially in cybersecurity.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews with multiple stakeholders.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes.
• Provide insights to optimize the talent acquisition strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS systems.
• Proven ability to manage high requisition volumes.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in startup environments is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates.
