Independent planning, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns (Meta, Google).
Building new channels like TikTok and Pinterest with a focus on sustainable growth.
Setting up, maintaining, and optimizing tracking & analytics (GA4, Pixel, Conversions, Attribution, UTM).
Ongoing data analysis, reporting, and deriving actionable recommendations.
Development of data-driven strategies with a clear growth focus.
Direct collaboration with management.

Requirements

Several years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce/DTC.
Very good knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and interest in TikTok and/or Pinterest Ads.
Excellent experience with tracking, analytics & data interpretation.
Strong analytical skills, confident handling of KPIs, conversion tracking, and ROAS evaluations.
Independent, structured working style – you enjoy being hands-on.
Fluent in German or English.
