In Short

• Strategic management and scaling of the entire supply chain from production to fulfillment
• Building and optimizing operational processes to ensure availability, quality, and efficiency
• Management of external producers and partners, including contract negotiations and quality standards
• Operational responsibility for entering the retail market
• Leading and developing the operations team and customer success team
• Close collaboration with the founding team, finance, e-commerce, marketing, and product development
• Establishing a robust KPI-controlled management for all operational areas

Requirements

• Several years of experience in operations/supply chain management, ideally in the FMCG or food sector
• Proven successes in building scalable processes from startup to growth phase
• Experience in managing external production partners and complex logistics setups
• Good technical understanding of tools, systems, and process digitization
• Entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality, and a structured working style
• Leadership experience and a modern understanding of leadership
• Very good German and English skills
