Head of Operations - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Head of Operations for one of our clients. This role is crucial for the operational management and process optimization of the company.

In Short

• Overall responsibility for operational management and process optimization
• Leadership, motivation, and development of teams in Operations, Production/Service, Logistics, and/or Customer Support
• Analysis and optimization of business processes for efficiency, quality, and cost
• Planning, implementation, and monitoring of operational goals and KPIs
• Management of projects for digitization, automation, and process innovation
• Close collaboration with management, sales, finance, and other interfaces
• Responsibility for budget planning, resource management, and reporting
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, compliance, and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in operations or process management, ideally in an international environment
• Proven successes in optimizing and scaling operational processes
• Strong leadership skills, communication strength, and change management experience
• Analytical and strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
• Very good knowledge of project management methods and experience with ERP and reporting tools
• Fluent in German and English
