Head of Operations - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader for the position of Head of Operations to manage and optimize business processes in a growing company focused on efficiency and quality.

In Short

• Overall responsibility for operational management of all business processes
• Development of structures, processes, and workflows in production, logistics, customer service, and/or supply chain
• Leadership and development of operations teams and department heads
• Analysis of KPIs and implementation of optimization measures
• Close collaboration with management, finance, HR, IT, and other departments
• Participation in strategic projects and scaling of the company

Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in operations, ideally in a dynamic or growing environment
• Experience in process optimization, digitalization, and operational scaling
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality, and decisiveness
• Excellent analytical skills and structured working method
• Strong communication skills at all levels – internally and externally
• Degree in business, engineering, logistics, or a comparable field is advantageous

Benefits
