Requirements

• 3+ years in a senior or leadership role within gaming or tech.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service or player support.
• Hands-on experience with customer service platforms.
• Proven track record managing multiple games simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A player-first mindset with a passion for customer experience.
