Partner and Customer Support Agent - Remote

Overview

We are searching for a friendly Partner and customer support agent with focus on Partner inquiries, sport-related questions coming from our members.

In Short

• Be a point of contact for high-level partner inquiries coming via Zendesk.
• Take ownership for clear and accurate partner profile information.
• Support partners with technical issues and onboarding processes.
• Help members with sports-related questions and feedback.
• Identify common problems and provide feedback to teams.
• Ensure partner and member satisfaction.
• Demonstrate deliverables in terms of KPIs.
• Be available to assist other team members.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in French, German, and English.
• Confident with tools such as Zendesk, Jira, and Pipedrive.
• Ability to maintain expertise of partners and policies.
• Troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
