Overview

The Customer Service Agent – Partner Support is responsible for resolving inquiries from partners and customers efficiently and professionally, ensuring a seamless resolution process.

In Short

  • Resolve inquiries from partners and customers.

  • Perform inbound and outbound calls/chats.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in conflict resolution.
  • 1 year of experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in handling calls/chats.
  • Chat experience managing multiple conversations.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
  • Experience communicating with senior leadership.
  • Ability to think critically in challenging situations.
  • Experience documenting cases for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
