Overview

Your mission is to expand and strengthen the Urgently service provider network within your territory. As a key member of the network team, you will analyze, interpret, and leverage market intelligence to drive strategic growth. Your active engagement with service providers enhances performance, ensuring success for partners, customers, and providers alike. By building and maintaining strong partnerships, you will drive key objectives and optimize network effectiveness in your designated territory.

• Gather and analyze market intelligence within your territory to identify actionable opportunities and challenges.
• Expand, strengthen, or refine provider relationships to optimize network performance.
• Address and resolve escalations from internal and external teams.
• Negotiate with service providers to establish mutually beneficial financial agreements.
• Monitor, enhance, and maintain key metrics for service provider network performance.
• Provide feedback on potential impacts of punitive actions on providers.
• Stay accessible and engaged to enhance service provider satisfaction.
• Engage proactively with the service provider network.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of relevant work experience, or 5+ years in a related role.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Highly proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Committed to assisting service providers with a focus on their success.
• Skilled in influencing and collaborating with co-workers and providers.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of market trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to achieve goals independently.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
