Overview

The Customer Service Agent is responsible for resolving inquiries from partners and customers with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring a seamless resolution process.

In Short

  • Perform inbound and outbound calls/chats for resolution.
  • Identify root causes of issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Demonstrate independent decision-making in handling cases.

  • Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
  • Build strong foundations with partners.
  • Maintain accountability in deliverables.
  • Must be available for various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in conflict resolution.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficient in handling calls/chats with a focus on resolution.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
  • Experience communicating with higher leadership.
  • Ability to think critically through challenging situations.
  • Strong documentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
