Overview

We are looking for a Senior Partner Acquisition & Relationship Manager (all genders) to help scale Europe’s leading sports and wellness platform. The Urban Sport Club Partner Management team is on a mission to build and maintain the best and most diverse sport and wellness offering for their customer base.

In Short

• You will develop and maintain the partner network in the Netherlands.
• You will be responsible for the entire partner acquisition process.
• You will monitor and enhance the acquisition process.
• You will maintain CRM records and communication logs.
• You will support long-term partnerships and contract expansions.
• You will ensure smooth onboarding for new partners.
• You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• You will contribute to the corporate wellness initiative.
• You will work in a hybrid environment.
• You will join a passionate team dedicated to partner management.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Sports, Health, and Fitness industry in the Netherlands.
• Desire to learn and improve in the role.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• A collaborative team player.
