• Plans and oversees enterprise-level support and service activities for company products and services.
• Develops partner relationships and deep understanding of partner business.
• Creates Partner-specific strategic account plans.
• Champions partner’s business development initiatives.
• Identifies and drives new product opportunities.
• Defines revenue opportunities for assigned partners.
• Monitors and assesses trends and problem areas.
• Holds regular face-to-face meetings with senior level executives.
• On call 24/7 to ensure support groups respond appropriately.
• Provides coaching, mentoring, and support at every level.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of experience in client-facing leadership.
• Ability to communicate with “C” level executives.
• Solid understanding of technology and operational processes.
• Exceptional financial acumen including P&L management.
