In Short

  • Independent telephone and written communication with customers
  • Simple sales activities in the administrative area
  • Professional maintenance and care of customer data
  • First point of contact for technical questions regarding our software solutions
  • Recognize and utilize sales opportunities with existing customers

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support preferred
  • Internet affinity and quick comprehension
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent German skills, good English skills in spoken and written
  • Experience in sales is an advantage
