IT Services Sales Head - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Sales Head for our Fixed Income IT Consulting services in LA, New York and San Francisco.

In Short

• Sell multi-year offshore, near-shore and onshore Consulting services in Capital Markets or BFSI.
• Build up a pipeline of opportunities to ensure that sales targets are met.
• Identify and target new business opportunities.
• Forecasting, preparing bids, negotiating, and managing the sale cycle.
• Must have large deals experience selling outsourcing solutions in the Capital Markets sector.
• Extensive C level contacts and experience at senior level.
• Proven major wins of new multi-million Capital Markets Services / offshoring / outsourcing deals.
• Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings.

Requirements

• Experience in selling outsourcing solutions.
• Strong network in the Capital Markets sector.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Benefits

• Compensation of 140K plus commissions and bonus up to 200K.
