As a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Ridgeline, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring investment management firms fully leverage the Ridgeline cloud-native software platform, driving sustained user adoption and maximizing customer value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
  • 8+ years in customer success or technical account management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment workflows.
  • Experience in implementing business processes and user training.
  • Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Google Apps and MS Office.
  • Curiosity and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work independently with guidance.
