Overview

The Strategic Customer Success Manager at Pushpay is responsible for fostering relationships with key Enterprise customers, focusing on retention, renewal, and upselling products to ensure customer success and value realization.

  • Engage in high sales activities with a large number of customers.
  • Travel for on-site business reviews when needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales or account management.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Strong understanding of the Not-for-Profit, Education, or Faith verticals.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment.
  • Ability to build relationships with large accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and business-minded.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
