Overview

The Customer Success Manager, Strategic will drive strategic renewals and upsells while working closely with clients to understand and address their business needs. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial targets in a customer success organization.
  • Experience managing complex accounts and renewals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong business relationships.
  • Influential communicator with presentation experience.
  • Proficient in organization and time management.
  • Experience executing the customer journey with operational excellence.
  • Ability to orchestrate cross-functional resources for client success.
  • Excited by the startup environment and contributing to team structure.
