Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead initiatives aimed at accelerating pipeline growth and revenue within our enterprise segments. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this role involves developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that leverage advanced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, precise segmentation, and personalized engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving demand in enterprise accounts.

  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Oversee the demand generation budget for optimal resource allocation.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance data.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years in enterprise-focused demand generation and campaign management.
  • At least 2 years of experience implementing ABM strategies.
  • Strong familiarity with marketing tools such as Notion, Salesforce, Pardot, and Looker.
  • Demonstrated understanding of modern marketing techniques.
  • Proven ability to work with go-to-market teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Deep understanding of the customer journey within enterprise segments.
  • Experience in driving alignment across marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams.
