In Short

• Own and optimize the full-funnel demand strategy across inbound, outbound, and ABM to generate and accelerate pipeline.
• Support end-to-end campaign creation, execution, delivery and measurement of all demand generation campaigns.
• Execute and continuously improve integrated campaigns across paid media, webinars, email, events, and ABM.
• Own and operate paid media across platforms ensuring campaigns are well-targeted and performance-driven.
• Design and implement nurture programs that guide prospects through the buyer journey.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops to align on messaging and lead flow.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and lead quality.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new technologies to improve campaign efficiency.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years working in growth marketing with an emphasis on digital advertising.
• 5+ years in managing Paid Advertising/Digital Marketing programs preferred.
• Experience managing and mentoring a demand generation team.
• Expertise in leveraging analytics to drive campaign performance.
• Project management experience ensuring campaigns are delivered on time.
• Demonstrated success in generating qualified opportunities and driving alignment with sales.
