Senior Manager, Demand Generation - Remote

Zapier is on a mission to make automation work for everyone. As we expand upmarket and deepen our focus on enterprise, we are looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead our Demand Generation and Lifecycle teams, driving high-impact campaigns that generate sales pipeline and revenue.

In Short

• Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline for the Sales team.
• Lead the Lifecycle Marketing team, optimizing nurture programs and conversion strategies.
• Build and run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
• Partner with the Performance Marketing team to align on paid campaigns.
• Use data and insights to optimize performance and run experiments.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations for accurate tracking of metrics.
• Create a culture of experimentation across various marketing strategies.
• Lead and mentor the Demand Generation and Lifecycle teams.
• Advocate for marketing’s role in revenue generation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in demand generation.
• Experience in building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of Sales-Led Growth in a Product-Led Growth company.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
• Strong data-driven approach to marketing.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptability in fast-moving environments.
