Zapier is on a mission to make automation work for everyone. As a Senior Product Designer on our Growth team Sprout, you'll tackle some of the most critical challenges in helping users get started, unlock new value, and grow with our platform.

• 6+ years of product design experience, focused on Growth.
• Strong UX thinking and refined UI demonstrated in portfolio.
• Ability to think systemically about customer journeys.
• Self-directed and action-oriented.
• Use data and research to inform decisions.
• Account for edge cases and accessibility early in the process.
• Foster collaboration and improve design culture.
