Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Welltech, you will play a key role in driving product-led growth and enhancing user experiences across our health and fitness applications.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Figma and Design Systems.
• Knowledge of behavioral and growth design methodologies.
• Experience in user research methods and tools.
• Commercial awareness of how design impacts business metrics.
• Ability to communicate clearly and transparently.
• Experience in interface animation and content design is a plus.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Ability to gather and analyze existing research.
• Experience with experiment tooling like Optimizely and Google Analytics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
