Overview

As a Senior Growth Product Designer at Jimdo, you will leverage your design expertise and data-driven insights to enhance user acquisition, retention, and conversion.

Requirements

• 4+ years in product design focused on Product-Led Growth (PLG).
• Strong analytical mindset—comfortable interpreting data.
• Ability to apply behavioral and growth design theories.
• Deep understanding of Figma and Design Systems.
• Experience with user research and persona development.
• Ability to create rapid prototypes based on user feedback.
• Commercial awareness of how design impacts business metrics.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Understanding of user engagement strategies and cognitive science.
• Previous experience in growth teams or web analytics.
